Joan Neuscheler

Joan Neuscheler joined TD in 1989 and has more than 25 years of experience in operations, finance and venture investing. She has demonstrated success in the merger/acquisition, IPO and exit processes, as well as extensive Board experience, including executive, compensation, governance and audit committees. With particular skills in organizational development and financial management, Joan helps guide TD portfolio companies thorugh both transitional stages and in period of rapid growth.

Prior to TD, Joan was a senior officer of a reinsurance brokerage firm where she was responsible for financial reporting, cash management, strategic planning and budgeting, with eventual oversight for the company's management and operations. Joan began her career as a certified public accountant specializing in small-to medium-sized emerging growth companies.

Joan earned a BBA, cum laude, and an MBA from Pace University. She serves as a director of several public and private companies.
